This our beautiful creamy fella from Lily and Doc. He is ready to leave us this weekend actually and is all neutered and vaccinated! This fellow has a wonderful pedigree with some very famous lines like Tamaruke William who came to us all the way from Australia and Miss Abbie who came from Tampa Bay Labradoodles. Doc is the papa of this fella and he is a GORGEOUS stud for us and came from Oregon at Spring Creek Labradoodles! We just love this beautiful, gentle boy. He will mature to a larger medium size of 40lbs and 19" tall. He is very sweet and loving and has wonderful therapy dog qualities. Now this little girl is from our Summer and Hunter! Hunter came to us from Evergreen Labradoodles and has some famous Australian Labradoodle lines in his pedigree and Summer is also a William daughter so again an awesome pedigree! We want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas! We know we are blessed to be entrusted with this great responsibility of producing wonderful family pets for families all over North America and we take it very seriously. We strive to always produce the most beautiful and the healthiest puppies ever! This year we saw many changes in our program by adding our newest stud, Doc, to our program and just recently purchasing Redford, a new red, mini guy who will bring new bloodlines to Prairie Doodles. Our faithful Hunter is now co-owned with Chase Creek Labradoodles where we will still be able to have Hunter puppies but he gets his own little doodle family :)) We also retired Sadie, Abbie and Keely so it's a big change here at Prairie Doodles as we move them to the "retired list" on our website :( We will be adding their daughters to our Our Dogs page very soon so you can see them. We think you'll all love our Cinder (Sadie's daughter), Missy (Keely's daughter) Tieger (Tilly's daughter) and Breeze (Abbie's daughter). We also added our first Parti girl :) who we are breeding with our newby Redford :)) so exciting to have our very first true mini litter!! We are excited to use Wyatt, Doc and Redford this year for beautiful delicious puppies!!

Update on our Prairie Doodles Reunion

I hope everyone has enjoyed these beautiful last days of summer!! It has been rainy today but tomorrow is sunshine again I hear so we are lovin' it! Our two pregnant girls will have their ultrasound in about a week to 10 days and we'll know for sure if they are pregnant or not! We are still waiting on our sweet Ireland to cycle as well as Keely so we'll have a busy fall with Sadie and Tilly and a busy winter with our other girls!

If you are anxious for a puppy, our friend Vicki at Columbia Valley Labradoodles www.cvlabradoodle.com has puppies ready to leave in 3 weeks. They are beautiful puppies out of our Hunter and Lucy's daughter, Whitley!

We are also planning a Prairie Doodle reunion for all our former clients as well as for all those who are on our waiting list! We'll be meeting at Fish Creek Park later September :) I'll be posting the details in a couple of days :)) It should be fun to see all the Prairie Doodle Doodles!

Fall Puppies expected!

Here's our beautiful couple (above), Tilly and Doc! They have enjoyed a beautiful honeymoon here at the Farm! We are expecting some gorgeous puppies from these two in shades of chocolate and apricot cream and caramel! Size wise they should be in the 40-45 lb range with lovely fleece coats and curly fleece coats. Limited space is available on this list. Sadie and Hunter also started their honeymoon at the Farm! (the honeymoon suite has been very busy of late) These two have had a litter before and we were so thrilled with the puppies in terms of temperament and looks that we decided to repeat it for our Sadie's final litter! We expect caramel, apricot cream and beautiful black puppies from them once again. We kept back our beautiful girl, Cinder, from their last litter and LOVE her! beautiful in every way! I'll post some photos of her so you can all see her very soon.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well this morning we had frost :( so I think that means that summer is just now beginning to turn to fall :(. We have two of our girls cycling right now and they are honeymooning with Doc and Hunter. Tilly and Doc honeymooned this week and we expect puppies to come October 10th or there abouts. Sadie and Hunter have also just begun their honeymoon and these puppies are due October 14th! So we will be mighty busy once again! Both litters will be ready to leave us early to mid December :)

Take a look at our gorgeous couples! Let me know if you're interested in one of these puppies too. Sadie and Hunter will have nice standard sized puppies, maturing to the 55 lb range and Tilly and Doc will have puppies about the 40-45 lb range. They will all be delightfully cute anyway :)

For anyone who would love to meet a Prairie Doodle puppy, Carmen and I will have Brooke, Breeze, Missy and Doc in Calgary on Friday doing health testing. We will be in Fish Creek Park between 4:30 - 6:30. The Fish Creek entrance is off of MacLeod Trail onto Banister Rd.. near the funeral home. We'll be the two blonds with 4 Labradoodles :)) and we'll be near the first parking lot. Let me know if you want more info :) We'd love to see any of our puppies too if you can make it :)

Tilly had us up all night on Saturday night and now we're on puppy watch waiting for Sadie to have her puppies :) I'll keep you all posted :) Summer has had her ultrasound and we are thrilled to announce that she is definitely pregnant and due May 6th. Lots of exciting times coming for us here this spring/summer!

Wow what a busy week we have! Both Tilly and Sadie are due within the next week and we have both Maya and Keely having their honeymoons this week!! Maya is going to be bred with Bo (father of our own Sadie) and they are expecting some lovely blacks, chocolates and creams with white markings. Keely is being bred once again to Clifford since their last puppies were so spectacular! We do have limited space available on Maya's waiting list due to a couple of deferrals so if you're interested let me know! Check out our beautiful "brides" :)

Congrats to all our families with their new additions :) I have been getting lots of response on our Goldie puppy! She has a loving family already and is settling in nicely :) Congrats to Dean and family!! All our Goldie puppies are now with their forever families and we are busy planning our future litters. Both Sadie and Tilly are due April 3rd which will make a busy April for us. I'm really hoping that they are at least a day apart :) Summer is coming to have her honeymoon at the farm with Hunter! We are thrilled with Summer as she is out of our precious, late, Lindy and Tamaruke William so we can't wait for this litter!! Then our Abbie is going to be bred sometime this month (hopefully) with Cleveland Brown from Earth Angels Labradoodles. They will be gorgeous puppies too!! We are so excited for Abbie to have some Golds, Caramels and Apricot creams in the medium sizes. We are still waiting for Maya to cycle but now that the weather is warming up (slightly I must admit) we think she will :) So all in all a busy spring for Prairie Doodles. For those that don't know we don't have all these litters at our house. At our place we will have Sadie and Tilly and their puppies; Summer and Abbie will be at Prairie Doodles in Koocanusa (with Carmen www.prairiedoodleskoocanusa.blogspot.com) and Maya will stay with her family just down the road from me :) This is the way we ensure that every Mom is well taken care of and every single puppy is socialized and handled. It has worked wonderfully well for us and everyone is happy especially the Moms who get to stay with their beloved families. We have a Goldie puppy available to the perfect family. She is a darling girl, very happy and very affectionate and very gorgeous :) She is a cream, fleece coated, and will mature to about 17-18" tall and 25 lbs. She was the girl we had planned on keeping as a future breeder for us but decided that with two litters coming in a month that we would have a very busy spring and probably not enough time to devote to training a puppy.
